By purchasing this exchange, you are agreeing to ship your controller to our remanufacturer at your expense.  Within 1 business day of ordering this service you will be emailed a form and an address to return your controller to be exchanged. Your controller will be exchanged (less than 7-10 business days) and returned directly to you. Your controller will be covered by a one year warranty that covers defects. Cost of this product covers the cost of us shipping your controller back to you but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your controller to us for exchange.
